Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to the terms of the promotion.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

Maciri is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Maciri is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

 

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Maciri is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
