MACIRI RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Maciri, we hope you love every piece you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns for store credit only.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your store credit for all approved returns. The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items purchased using any discount code
  • Accessories
  • Items purchased at pop-up shops, markets, or in-person events

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We accept size exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship out the requested size if available.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are limited to one exchange per item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Before sending any items back, please email us first. Use your first name and order number as the subject line and include details about your return or exchange request. Please do not mail items back without contacting us first, as your return may not be processed.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code may be used per order. Promotional offers, including free shipping discounts, count as discount codes.

Any order purchased using a discount code is considered a final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
